Our Approach

Envoy uses the agile framework to deliver all its software, releasing testable versions of the product in (usually) fortnightly ‘sprint’ cycles. This approach enables us to get feedback throughout development to eliminate any surprises at the end, and ensures the customer is involved in the process at all times.
