Ingram Micro Cloud Retains Azure Expert MSP Status for Second Consecutive Year

IRVINE, Calif. – Jan. 22, 2021 – Ingram Micro Cloud, the winner of Microsoft’s Indirect Partner of the Year award in 2020, today announced that it has retained its Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) status for 2021. Ingram Micro Cloud continues to find more ways to help partners grow their own managed services.

The Azure Expert MSP recognition complements Ingram Micro Cloud’s existing programs that assist partners to grow their own businesses by extending services and expanding their offering portfolio. For cloud resellers, Ingram Micro Cloud offers the ability to white-label its Azure professional and managed services, helping them to manage their resources more efficiently in relation to their customer demands.

“We’re excited and honored by this outstanding recognition for a second year from Microsoft as it underscores our team’s dedication and expertise in providing meaningful value-added services to Microsoft Azure customers,” said Nimesh Davé, president of Ingram Micro Cloud. “We aim to meet the rigorous standards of future audits and will make the necessary investments to help our partners and customers become more successful.”

The Azure Expert MSP program was developed by Microsoft in 2018 to identify its most capable Azure MSPs, so that customers could easily select a partner that offers the people, processes, experiences and technologies best suited to help them succeed in their cloud journey. Ingram Micro Cloud earned its first Azure Expert MSP recognition shortly after the program began.

“The Microsoft Azure Expert MSP program was designed to validate and recognize our most accomplished and qualified partners to drive growth for customers. Ingram Micro has once again demonstrated its Microsoft Azure expertise and commitment to service excellence, so we are pleased to again recognize it as a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP),” said Gavriella Schuster, corporate vice president, One Commercial Partner (OCP) at Microsoft Corp.

Participation in the Azure Expert MSP program consists of an in-depth audit, which took around 2,000 hours of effort and required expertise across the entire business. Ingram Micro Cloud passed the rigorous audit with zero remediations, proving that the level of skill and expertise required to retain the designation remained up to par with this year’s updated standards.
