We live in a highly connected world. In the age of AI and IoT, centralisation is at the heart of all digital transformation strategies. How do the two integrate?
You can easily add Dynamics 365 into a Microsoft Teams channel through creating a ‘tab’. Here you can access the Common Data Service directly from teams, collaborating with colleagues on a single opportunity, or at a bigger scale on multiple records, all from within Microsoft Teams. You can access records directly from Dynamics 365 in Microsoft Teams, so if you’re on a call with a colleague and working on an opportunity together (potentially to work on a pitch deck together) you can do all this in Teams, while on a call, and save it into Dynamics 365 attached to the opportunity, all from within Teams.
It really does enable users to be even more productive from anywhere using any device.
