As part of our commitment to giving you more, we’ve created a new portal on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace where you can request new features. It’s called the Ideas Portal. And it gives you the opportunity to quickly submit ideas for new functionalities to be added to Cloud Marketplace.

As a result, you can help us prioritize items that will be the most helpful to you and add the most value to your business. The Ideas Portal is just one of the many ways we support your success.  

Provide feedback to make Cloud Marketplace even better   

If you have a new idea for a Cloud Marketplace feature, simply log into your account, navigate to the Ideas Portal and submit your request. Once you submit an idea, it will be assigned a status, which will be updated as your request goes through the review process. This lets you stay on top of the progress of your request at all times.

If you submit multiple ideas, you can use our filter function to quickly sort and find your requests by status. And if you’d like to view ideas submitted by other partners, simply scroll through the portal and vote on your favorite ones. All partner ideas are categorized under the labels “Recent,” “Trending” and “Popular,” so you can quickly navigate to view the newest or most popular submissions. 

Share feedback directly with decision makers  

The central purpose—and the most valuable aspect of the Ideas Portal—is the ability to share your ideas for new Cloud Marketplace features directly with Ingram Micro Cloud’s product management team. Once you submit an idea to the portal, along with viewing its status, you can leave a comment for product management and receive replies, creating a discussion thread if needed.

You can also leave comments on ideas submitted by other partners to provide additional feedback to the product management team.

Help us prioritize what’s important to you

By submitting new feature requests or voting and providing feedback on ideas from other partners, you can help us prioritize the creation and delivery of the enhancements you’d like to see most. As a result, you can take advantage of innovative ways to grow your business more quickly and with less effort.
