Sales Cloud

Sales Cloud is a fully customizable product that brings all the customer information together in an integrated platform that incorporates marketing, sales, customer service and business analytics. It enables access to thousands of applications through the AppExchange. The platform is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for browser-based access; a mobile app is also available. A real-time social feed for collaboration allows users to share information or ask questions in the user community.

Service Cloud

With its Artificial Intelligence integration, Service Cloud can "listen" and respond to customers across a variety of social platforms and automatically route cases to the appropriate customer service agent. In-app mobile support includes live agent video chat, screen sharing and on-screen guided assistance. The Marketing Cloud is a packaged service of advanced integrated solutions for customer journey management, mobile, email, web rationalization, social media, content creation, advertising, content management and data analysis. The CRM platform includes Artificial Intelligence for predictive analytics to help marketers make decisions such as which channel would be preferable for a given message. A specialized feature called Journey Builder helps marketers tailor campaigns to customers' behavior, demographics, needs and communication channel preferences.

With Community Cloud, you can collaborate anywhere, from any device. The community can be accessed through the Salesforce mobile app or from any mobile browser. It delivers a rich, branded and device-responsive mobile experience anywhere. With Customer Community, customers can create and escalate support cases. With Partner Community, partners can update opportunities and qualify leads. Employees can access and share files. It’s easy to integrate data from any third-party system and present data to community members in a branded, mobile and social environment.

Using Pardot, you can run highly-targeted email campaigns with features like A-B testing and SPAM analysis, and personalise the buyer’s experience from click to close.
