Previously, he was president and COO of VMware, where he helped grow the company from $31M in his first full year to $7B in revenues and from 200 people to 20,000. Prior to that, Carl was vice president of North America Sales at Inktomi and held various sales leadership positions with 3Com, EMC and Lucent Technologies. He currently sits on the board of Zoom, Cohesity, Snowflake, UiPath and the public company boards of Palo Alto Networks and Workday.

A professional rock climber, Alex achieved his lifelong dream after becoming the first person to scale El Capitan in Yosemite National Park—without a rope. His amazing feat was captured in the recently released documentary film, Free Solo. Alex has also been profiled by 60 Minutes and The New York Times, and featured on the cover of National Geographic. He maintains a simple existence, living out of his van and traveling the world in search of the next great vertical adventure.

As a member of the executive team, Nimesh is responsible for the overall strategic direction, sales growth and business development of Ingram Micro’s global cloud business. He oversees the design and implementation of harmonized global business practices throughout the organization and architects world-class solutions to meet diverse customer needs. Prior to that, he was a senior executive at Tech Data Europe.

With more than 25 years of business unit leadership experience, she’s a driving force behind identifying and cultivating new opportunities in cloud computing for the company.

David is responsible for all technology development, IT and datacenter operations, vendor recruiting and onboarding, product management and product marketing. He’s a hands-on technology and market development leader with nearly 30 years of experience at international companies. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, he served as CEO and CTO of Ensim Corporation, which was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2016.

Dorothy Copeland is the Vice President of IBM Global Business Partners and leads the North America channel. She’s known for her experience and skill in growing a cloud-native channel, having previously spearheaded the development of Amazon Web Services’ global channel program. She created and launched the AWS reseller program, which saw a 110% growth in revenue, and was a driving force in helping AWS’s channel ranks skyrocket to tens of thousands of global consulting partners. She encourages young women to pursue technical education to have a greater understanding of technology.
