The conference fee includes all conference sessions, meals and networking events. Hotel room costs are separate and can be reserved during the registration process.
Currently, seating cannot be reserved. All sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If we decide to allow preregistration for sessions, Cloud Summit organizers will reach out to all registered attendees.
All registrations are subject to approval. Ingram Micro Cloud reserves the right to cancel any registration for any reason; any cancellation made by Ingram Micro Cloud will include a fee refund. No refunds will be made for travel, housing, or any other direct or indirect expenses.

The registration fee increases to $799 for all registrations completed between December 22, 2018, and January 31, 2019. Cancellations received on or before Thursday, February 14, 2019, will be fully refunded. Cancellations received after February 14, 2019, or no-shows will incur a $399 registration cancellation fee. Registrants with hotel accommodations who cancel after Thursday, February 14, 2019, may be subject to both registration and hotel cancellation fees. Hotel cancellation fees are equal to one night of charges for room and tax. Any applicable hotel cancellation charges will be billed by the hotel directly to the credit card you provide during the registration process.

Yes. Cloud Summit has selected CrowdCompass as our mobile app partner for 2019. The mobile app will be released prior to Cloud Summit. You will receive an email when it’s available to download.
We recommend business casual during general session and the breakouts. Casual attire is appropriate for the evening events.
You will have an opportunity to indicate any special dietary restrictions or allergies during the registration process. When you’re at the event, please inform your server of your specific dietary restriction and you will be accommodated.

For everyone who stays on-site at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, the sleeping room rate is $289 per night, plus applicable taxes. If you stay at one of our nearby Cloud Summit partner hotels, the room rates will be in a similar price range.
No. For 2019, all attendees will be responsible for the cost of their own hotel reservations. While we are having all registered attendees pay for their own sleeping rooms, we are still providing customer service to help reserve the rooms at our negotiated rates. You will have the option to reserve your sleeping room during the registration process.

The normal check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you are welcome to check with the front desk. If they have rooms prepared, they may be able to check you in early. If not, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants and shops until your room is ready.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. You can speak with the front desk regarding a late checkout. Availability is based upon occupancy. If a late checkout cannot be arranged, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants and shopping areas until your departure time.
The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is a completely non-smoking facility. Additionally, the hotel does allow pets with restrictions and extra fees. There is wired and wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms as well as public and meeting spaces.

In most years, San Diego averages a daily maximum temperature in March that's between 64 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit (18 to 20 degrees °C). The minimum temperature usually falls between 52 and 55 °F (11 to 13 °C).
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own air and ground transportation to Cloud Summit. If you are traveling from outside of the U.S. and require a visa, please contact your local government agency to ensure you have the necessary documents.
Valet parking: $50 daily fee, inclusive of tax. The adjacent parking garage carries a daily cost of $35 inclusive of tax. Attendees are responsible for parking fees. Parking will not be validated.
To meet the ever-changing travel needs of attendees, Ingram Micro is no longer including the cost of hotel rooms with Cloud Summit registration. While you’ll now choose and pay for your own hotel room, we’ll continue to offer and reserve the lowest available negotiated rates at our venue and partner hotels.
