That’s why feedback matters to the Ingram Micro Cloud team, and why this month we invited some of the world’s top IT analysts to our first annual Cloud Analyst Day, where they got an inside look at our newest tools, technologies, platforms and go-to-market strategy. Analysts and Ingram Micro’s senior executives participated alongside each other in interactive Q&A sessions, demos and case studies, exploring the potential of the cloud.

As responses come in, we’re happy to share this post from Jeff Byrne, Senior Analyst & Consultant at Taneja Group, a premiere boutique analyst firm providing analysis and consulting for the technology industry.

In the post, Byrne writes that his eyes were opened as he learned about Ingram Micro’s cloud strategy and offerings, declaring that “the company appears to be sitting in a pole position when it comes to enabling cloud business through the channel.” He applauds Ingram Micro Cloud’s distribution network, product and platform offerings, and leadership.

“Ingram may be the world’s largest tech distributor, but the energy and creativity of the Cloud leadership team go well beyond what you might expect to find in a traditional IT distribution entity,” he writes. “Upon hearing what the Cloud unit has to offer, most customers will recognize that the likely benefits are too great to ignore.”
