Changes to CSP incentive program eligibility requirements

Global Operations Readiness #5182

February 5, 2018

Summary Starting January 1, 2018 (FY18 H2), CSP incentive program eligibility requirements have changed Programs impacted WW - CSP Partner Incentives   Details Policy changes New policy for H2. Beginning January 1, 2018, new partners and partners with lapsed incentive eligibility, after completing all incentive eligibility requirements and onboarding to the Partner Incentives Experience (PIEX) tool*, will be paid incentives starting the month prior to completing their PIEX onboarding (this includes completing all bank and tax form requirements). Active CSP partners are impacted only if they let their incentive eligibility lapse during the semester, at which point they would fall under the new policy. The below table provides further context. *MPN membership, active competency, and PIEX onboarded (including completion of bank and tax forms) and program-specific contractual agreements, where needed. Next steps New or lapsed partners: Complete all incentive eligibility requirements as soon as possible to maximize incentive earnings. This includes MPN membership, competency achievement, and PIEX onboarding (with completed bank and tax forms). Active CSP partners: Monitor closely your organization’s incentive eligibility status to ensure a lapse doesn’t occur; gaps in eligibility may result in missed months of incentive earnings.   Questions?
