Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace Now Available to Partners in Chile

At Ingram Micro Cloud, we’ve made a commitment to enable resellers around the world to achieve success with proven platforms and solutions. Today, we’re happy to announce the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace is now available in Chile, bringing the total number of countries within the global Cloud Marketplace network to 44.

Ingram Micro’s new cloud offering in Chile leverages the rapidly growing demand for cloud solutions in Latin America. According to IDC’s Latin America Cloud Trends Report (October 2016), the adoption of cloud-based technologies in the region is expected to grow by 25.8% in 2019. With the launch of the Cloud Marketplace, Chile joins Brazil and Mexico in enabling Ingram Micro’s channel partners to more easily provide leading cloud solutions and services to customers in the region.

The Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace is an automated, e-commerce platform that provides an end-to-end portfolio of more than 200 vetted cloud services across the globe. Channel partners who previously had to build their own complex and scalable infrastructure to support the growth of their businesses can now leverage the prebuilt, flexible and customizable platform from Ingram Micro to purchase, provision, manage and invoice cloud solutions and services in just minutes.

Starting today, Ingram Micro Cloud partners in Chile can access the following cloud solutions: Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program; BitTitan MigrationWiz; Acronis backup software and data protection solutions; and IBM’s Bluemix. Better yet, our Chilean partners will be able to offer their customers even more in-demand Cloud Marketplace solutions in the coming weeks.

Prior to joining Ingram, José led the marketing and channels organization for Unify, where he redefined its cloud strategy for Latin America. José also spent 10 years at Cisco working on a variety of sales functions related to service providers in Latin America, most recently as Regional Sales Director.
