Below are some of the key Cloud Marketplace enhancements that have been recently made to help simplify your success in the cloud.
Cloud Marketplace Menu Upgrades:
Ingram Micro Cloud has restructured the menu navigation on the Cloud Marketplace with a more dynamic menu. This new feature not only provides a large easy to navigate drop down menu listing all of the available cloud solutions by category, but it also creates a unified navigation experience on the Cloud Marketplace and ingrammicrocloud.xx global sites. This will allow our partners faster and easier access to solutions and information, all in one location.
Enhanced customizable reporting is now available on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. In the reseller’s Control Panel, partners have the ability to run custom reports which includes, cost of goods sold (COGS), end user data, lifecycle data on subscriptions, and much more. Reports can be run to showcase daily, weekly, month to date data, or users can run data within a selected timeframe. You can also set up recurring reports to be emailed to you on a weekly or monthly basis. To learn more about this feature, please take a look at this short video.
An exciting addition to the Cloud Marketplace is the integration between the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace and a popular PSA system ConnectWise, accomplished through the IDSync Billing Connector. To understand how you can have your end client’s data synced in real-time from your Cloud Marketplace account to your ConnectWise application without the use of a spreadsheet, take a look at this short video.
